He watches curiously as Tommy makes his way off, frowning after he's disappeared.  That level of movement speed shouldn't be humanly possible. Was he also some sort of altered experiment? He busied himself waiting for the other's return by looking around at his surroundings.   When Tommy does return, he's actually leaning against a low railing nearby, reading what appears to be a takeout menu from one of the local cafes.

"There's nothing wrong with reading school books.  They may contain a wealth of information about the place." He closes the menu, tucking it away into a pocket of his coat. "That's impressive speed."
